A Library of Operating Models

Frameworks are the reusable operating models we develop and refine through our work — practical tools for thinking, building, and allocating capital. Each one captures a pattern worth keeping: a way of structuring a decision, evaluating an opportunity, or running a business. They are early assets, and they compound. This library will grow over time as our thinking matures.

Every framework follows the same structure: its purpose, an explanation of how it works, a visual diagram or decision tree, its practical application, and the related thinking that informs it.
