Our story
Draymoor started the way most good businesses do — by doing the work. We ran companies, fixed the parts that were broken, and learned which levers actually move a small business.
Today Draymoor Ventures is a family-owned holding company based in Southern California. We operate one advisory business, we partner with operators who bring us deals we could not source alone, and we acquire small businesses, consumer brands, and commercial real estate that already produce cash.
Channel Checkride, our retail execution platform, remains a dedicated brand for buyer readiness and retail systems. Draymoor is the holding company, advisory, partnerships, acquisitions, and the thought leadership that ties them together.
Philosophy
We believe most businesses are one or two constraints away from a step change. Find the real constraint — not the loudest symptom — fix it with systems that outlast any one person, and the numbers follow. Good businesses are quiet, durable, and boring in the best way.
Investment philosophy
Permanent ownership. We buy to own, not to flip. A hold with no end date changes every decision for the better.
Long-term value creation. We compound cash flow and reinvest it — into the business, into property, into the next deal.
Business quality first. Durable demand, honest margins, low customer concentration, and a team that can run without the founder in the room. We would rather pay a fair price for a great business than a great price for a fragile one.
