Things We Build

Ventures are the products and companies we develop ourselves when building beats buying. Some begin as a framework, others as a problem we keep running into. We document them here transparently — not as polished launches, but as work in progress, with the thinking behind each one made visible.

For each venture we set out the same things: the problem, why it matters, why we chose to build instead of buy, and the current stage of the work.
